Each day brings a fresh theme, from kitchen tools to the night sky, with ten words hidden in a 10×10 letter grid. Words can run left to right, right to left, up, down and along all four diagonals, and they may share letters where they cross. It works just as well with a thumb on a phone as with a mouse.
How to find words faster
- Hunt for rare letters. A Z, K, V or double letter (the ZZ in DRIZZLE) stands out far more than an E.
- Scan one direction at a time. Sweep every row for the first letter, then check its eight neighbours for the second.
- Save short words for last. Long words have fewer places to hide, and once they’re crossed off, the leftover letters make short ones easier to spot.
- Try backwards. Reversed and diagonal words are the ones people miss most.
